Brad Wilkins is our Lead Engineer. Brad brings close to 16 years of construction experience and over a decade of Audio Video integration experience to the table.

Brad started-out in construction as a framer on a crew and quickly advanced to being the Superintendent of 6 framing crews. This experience led to a role as a home inspector with an engineering firm in the Phoenix Valley.

Josh Walker is our esteemed field tech, computer wizard, and future master programmer.

What can one not say about Josh - he's proving quite indispensable, and well, that is something our team and our customers definitely prize when it comes to our engineers and technicians!

Josh studied computer science at Portland Community College before taking a job as a farm technician. He's just that kind of guy... agreeable, hard-working, and all-around-smart-and-handy.

Mr. Walker also brings with him six years as a construction supervisor. Not too shabby for someone just hitting his late-20's.

Carl Profile.jpg

Carl Mason is the Operations Director at Integration Engineers, and as such, takes care of the back-end details that help our team work smarter and harder. Carl's initial professional experience right out of college focused on Athletic Training. He has since transitioned to working with his father, Chris Mason, in the long-term care industry as his Chief Operating Officer, and now home and commercial automation solutions.

Since he was old enough to walk, Carl ran around assisted living facilities under construction that the senior Mason was developing as an owner/ operator.  From building elaborate train sets in the common areas to rewiring speaker sets, integrating and low-volt electric projects have been a constant in his entrepreneurial, creative and professional development.

After graduating from George Fox University in 2013 with a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training he worked as the Head Athletic Trainer at Canby High School in Canby, OR. He still uses his degree as a personal trainer for multiple gyms as a hobby to help friends and family stay health. he started working for Senior Housing Managers in the summer of 2014 as an Operations Analyst, working on day-to-day activities. He became a certified assisted living administrator in Oregon after completing the required course work in July of 2014. In 2019 he was nominated for a yearlong Future Leaders Program through AHCA/ NCAL by the State of Oregon which excelled his understanding of what it takes to be a leader in the long-term care world.  After 5 years of running the operations, he was promoted to the Chief Operating Officer in 2021 for Senior Housing Managers. He stays engaged with multiple committees including the OHCA's Legal Committee, ALF/ RCF Council, Independent Owners Council, and NCAL's Policy and Finance Committee.

When not logging hours on the road for on-site visits or keeping all operational details under control for Senior Housing Managers and Integration Engineers, Carl, his lovely wife and their exuberant golden retriever like to get out doors and enjoy all the hiking, camping and adventuring they can handle in this playground we call the Pacific NW.
